Moose Jaw Armoury, 1215 Main St. N. 4-6 PM Arthur Slade will be signing at the Oak and Rose Bookshoppe, 340 Main Street N. 5 PM And the final grand palooza of an event is a book launch for the public at the Moose Jaw Armoury, 1215 Main St. N. The public is invited to visit the Armoury for "happy hour" starting at 5 pm. At 6 pm Arthur Slade will arrive and the official launch will begin at 6:30 PM. Arthur Slade will present his audio/visual show about "Megiddo's Shadow." It's set in Palestine during WW1 and is based on the military service of his grandfather, Arthur Hercules Slade, who was a prominent Moose Jaw citizen. Everyone is welcome!

Nov. 9th Saskatoon SK The HOMETOWN BOOK Launch of Megiddo's Shadow7 PM Join Arthur Slade for an event-filled launch of his new book Megiddo's Shadow, a novel set in Palestine during WW1. It takes place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Nutana Branch, 3021 Louise Street. The launch will feature a tour of the Legion's museum and an audio/video presentation by Arthur Slade.
